• "Services" refers to Thai massage treatments and related wellness services we provide

By booking an appointment, visiting our practice, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Services are provided by trained practitioners in a professional wellness setting. Session duration, techniques, and approaches may vary based on individual needs and practitioner assessment.

We reserve the right to modify service offerings, descriptions, and pricing with reasonable notice to active clients.

Confirmation

Appointments are confirmed once you receive acknowledgment from us via phone, email, or message. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekend appointments.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled session time to allow for consultation and preparation. Late arrival may result in shortened session duration to accommodate subsequent appointments.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to other clients.

If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice due to emergency or illness, please call us. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a requirement for advance payment to secure future appointments.

6. Payment Terms

Pricing

Current service prices are listed on our website and are quoted in Taiwan Dollars (TWD). Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by Taiwan law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
